How do I set my IP address to public?


The ability to update the IP policy to a Public IP is only available with a Priority or Mobile Priority service plan:

  1. Login to your account www.starlink.com/account
  2. From the Home page click the "Subscriptions" tab on the left side
  3. Click on the Subscription you would like to update the IP policy fo
  4. Click "Edit" next to "IP Policy"
  5. Save
  6. Reboot your Starlink

Business accounts can manually update their IP address to a Public IP by following the steps listed above or below:

  1. Login to your account www.starlink.com/account
  2. Select the "Dashboard" tab at the top of your account page.
  3. Under "All Starlinks" section, Select "Manage" next to the Starlink you wish to update
  4. Select the "pencil" icon next to "IP Policy"
  5. Select "Public IP" from the drop down menu
  6. Save
  7. Reboot your Starlink

Note: Users in Austria who cannot use this automated process should open a support ticket for more information.
