App Says Starlink is Offline - Searching


This indicates that the dish is looking for satellites to connect to.

  • For stationary service, check that you are located at the service address on your account.
    • Learn more about Starlink Mobile (Roam) here.
  • Power cycle the dish and wait at least 30 minutes.
    • The dish may be downloading an update.
  • If the dish continues to be stuck on "searching", please submit a support ticket from the Starlink App. Tickets submitted via the app are sent with more detailed information related to your Starlink - helping us diagnose and resolve your issue faster.
