App Says Starlink is Offline - Booting


This indicates the dish is rebooting or completing initialization.

  • Power cycle the dish and wait at least 20 minutes while the dish initializes and acquires position.
    • Ensure the dish is located outside with a good view of the sky.
  • If the dish continues to be stuck on 'booting", please submit a support ticket from the Starlink App. Tickets submitted via the app are sent with more detailed information related to your Starlink - helping us diagnose and resolve your issue faster.
