How can I manage my data on Local/Global Priority plans?

To manage data on Starlink's Priority plans, you can track your usage and adjust your service plan via your account on Starlink.com or the Starlink app. If you reach your monthly data limit, you have the option to opt-in for additional data, which incurs charges per gigabyte. Ensure your app is updated for the latest features. Once your Priority Data limit is exhausted, speeds will be reduced to 1 Mbps download and 0.5 Mbps upload. You can choose to top-up with a 50GB data block, which does not automatically renew.

In order to manage your priority data:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on "Your Subscription"
  • Under "Data" you can
    • Opt for an auto top up option via toggle - this will automatically buy more data for this billing cycle whenever you run out. Unused data expires at the end of each billing cycle.
    • Add a one time top up (50 GB)
    • Edit your monthly recurring data volume (please note that edits to your recurring data will not take effect until the next billing cycle)
