Note for Aviation: Aviation aero terminals use pre-assigned configurations tied to your account for reliability and security in flight environments, therefore these settings are managed exclusively through your account's dashboard portal—not via the Starlink app. The dashboard portal provides the full control panel for these settings and device management.
- Access the Dashboard Portal - Log in at starlink.com/account/dashboard.
- Open the Menu - Click the hamburger menu (three lines) to the right of "View Service Lines with No Starlinks."
- Select Device Configurations - Click Device Configurations to see your antenna and router setups.
- Choose Your Router Configuration - Click the configuration box next to your router ID.
- Edit Your Settings - Update the Network Name (or SSID), set a new password, or adjust advanced options (e.g., channels or protocols). Changes apply to all connected devices.
- Save and Apply - Click Save. Changes sync when the router is powered on and connected.
- Verify the Changes - Power on the router and connect to the network. Wait 2–5 minutes.
If no update: Reboot via Dashboard → Service Line.
