Once your order is placed, you have a small window (usually 1-3 hours) to update your order including canceling the order or changing the order's shipping address. Once this window passes, your order will be released to distribution and can no longer be updated.
You will know your order has been released to distribution when your order is in "Preparing Shipment" or "Shipped" or has an estimated delivery date.
