The 12-month Residential service plan was previously called 12-month commitment.
In select areas, new Starlink customers can receive a Starlink Kit at no cost when they commit to a 12-month Residential service. The 12-month term begins on the activation date, following the trial period. In certain markets, the Residential Lite plan may also be eligible under this offer. This promotion is exclusively available to new customers or existing users who open a new service line. For full details, please refer to Section 1 of the Terms of Service specific to your country.
During the 12-month Residential service, any of the following actions will result in a Change Fee:
Note: Customers on a Residential service for 12 months must contact customer support to make any changes to their service plan. A Change Fee will apply, which may be either pro-rated or a flat rate depending on the market, and will be charged in the month the change takes effect. However, if Residential Lite is offered and you switch to this plan, no Change Fee will be charged. For details about your specific Change Fee and other important information, please refer to the 12-month Residential confirmation email you received after placing your order. Restrictions may vary by country.
