For customers in Cape Verde impacted by Hurricane Erin, Starlink is providing one month of free service.
For existing active customers, no action is needed. We have proactively applied a one-month service credit to your account.
For currently suspended or paused customers, we have also applied a credit, enabling you to reactivate and utilize the service credit during this time period.
For new customers in Cape Verde, we will provide you with one-month of free service as well. After you purchase and activate, please create a support ticket mentioning "Hurricane Erin."
You can view existing credits through the billing tab in your account.
Residential Customers: We have also updated our policy to automatically provide Residential customers with a Roam Unlimited plan for the next 30 days. This means that you can now use your Starlink anywhere in the country and receive service.
After 30 days, you will automatically revert to your prior Residential plan and service address. For any questions, please contact us and create a support ticket.
