Canadian Wildfire Response

Starlink is offering one month of free service for those impacted by the wildfires in Canada.

  • For existing active customers, no action is needed. We have proactively applied a one-month service credit for those in the affected regions (see map below).

  • For currently cancelled or paused customers, we have also applied a credit for the amount of your previous service plan, enabling you to reactivate and utilize the service credit during this time period.

Additional Details

  • If you are a new customer in the affected areas and purchase a Starlink, please reach out to support after purchase to receive free service through July 5th, 2025.

  • If your Starlink kit has been impacted by the wildfires, please contact support requesting assistance to provide you with a free replacement.

Please follow @Starlink on X for updates.
