UPDATE: August 2025: Starlink is providing one month of free service for those impacted by the wildfires in Canada in mid-August 2025.
For existing active customers, no action is needed. We are proactively applying a one-month service credit for those in the affected regions.
For cancelled or paused customers, we are applying a credit for the amount of your previous service plan, enabling you to reactivate and utilize the service credit.
If you are a new customer in the fire-affected areas in Canada and purchase a Starlink, please reach out to support after purchase to receive free service through September 15th, 2025.
