How do I access an account from a deceased family member?


We are very sorry to hear about your loss. If you currently cannot access your deceased family member's account, please follow the below guidance to get back into their account:

  1. Navigate to https://auth.starlink.com/forgot-password
  2. Under Account Recovery, enter the phone number on your account, or enter an alternative email.
  3. Click on "Request Password Reset"
  4. Check spam folder for email
  5. If unsuccessful, contact support another way here.
