
For customers in Jamaica and The Bahamas impacted by Hurricane Melissa, Starlink is providing free service through the end of November 2025.
For existing active customers, no action is needed. We are proactively applying free service credits to your account.
For currently suspended or paused customers, we are also applying free service credits, enabling you to reactivate and utilize the service credit during this time period.
For new customers in the impacted areas, we will provide you with free service as well. After you purchase and activate, please create a support ticket mentioning "Hurricane Melissa."
You can view existing credits through the billing tab in your account.
