I have placed a pre-order with a deposit fee, and waited for over a month without receiving any further notification. Can I get an update?
- If your pre-order is still not confirmed, it means you are still on the waitlist, and we are unable to provide service to your address at this time. Once it is available and you are next in line on the waitlist, you will receive an email indicating that your deposit will be converted to an order.
Is there any estimate when my pre-order will be confirmed and shipped?
- At this time, we do not have a specific date for when we are able to provide service to your address.
- We recommend that you check our Starlink availability map to review when the service will be available. Note, service availability is subject to change.
Where can I locate my pre-order?
- You can find the pre-order reservation in the billing tab once you log into your account. Note, pre-order will not be listed under "Your Orders".
If you have received an email notification to confirm your Starlink preorder, you have 7 days from the "Confirm Your Order" email notification date to confirm your Starlink Kit order. If you do not confirm your order within the allotted timeframe, your deposit will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
I do not have a Starlink
- Visit the "Confirm Your Order" email
- Select to "Confirm Your Order" within the email. You will be directed to log into your Starlink account.
- The "Confirm Your Order" section will be visible in the upper right hand corner
- Verify the Service Address, Shipping Address, and Payment Method are correct
- Select "Confirm Order Now" to complete the process
I already have my Starlink
- Visit the "Confirm Your Order" email
- Select to "Confirm Your Order" within the email. You will be directed to log into your Starlink account.
- Select "Checkout Now" in the "Confirm Your Order" section in the upper right hand corner
- Verify the Service Address, Shipping Address, and Payment Method are correct
- Select "I already have my Starlink" and enter the Starlink Identifier
- Select "Place Order". Placing your order will activate your service immediately and refund your deposit.
To utilize your current Starlink hardware with a different service, you will need to cancel your current service and unlock the hardware. To unlock your Starlink device: Log in to your Starlink account > Select "Manage" > Select "Transfer." This action will disassociate the Starlink from your current account, making it available for use with another service. For additional details, visit How do I transfer my Starlink hardware ownership?.
