To locate your order number, please follow steps below:

Website:

1. Login to your account
2. Select the "Account" tab
3. Click on the "Orders" box
4. The order number will be located in the "Order Number" column

Starlink App:

1. Login to the Starlink App
2. Select the "Person" icon 
3. Select the "Orders" page
4. Click the order you're looking for to see the details for the order
5. The order number is shown at the top of the screen

Note, pre-order will not be listed under "Your Orders". If you are not able to locate your order under "Your Orders" its likely a pre-order reservation that you can find under Billing tab in your Account.
