In some countries, Starlink is required by local regulatory authorities to collect customers' identification information to provide service.
If information is required, you will see a red banner in your Starlink account asking you to upload additional information.
To upload your information, click on "Click Here" and complete the form.
Important to note:
- Please upload a clear image of the requested identification information. Failure to do so will result in a delay in service.
- Documentation must not be expired or damaged. If it is expired or illegible, we are unable to verify your information.
- To upload your Information, click "Update" on the red banner at the top of your Home page in your Starlink account.
- It reads, "Regulations require that additional information must be provided to complete your registration."
- Once submitted, your information will need to be verified. This process may take up to a day. If the incorrect information is uploaded, there may be a further delay in information verification.
