Incorrect Item Delivered


  1. Confirm the item delivered is not listed within your account home page "Your Orders" list. If you have multiple Starlink accounts, please check all your accounts.
  2. If the item delivered is wrong, click "Contact Support" to submit a support ticket.

Please mention the order number, the item you should have received, and a photo of the incorrect item delivered.
