In order to downgrade a subscription, you will need to cancel the service line and activate a new service line with the new subscription. On the next bill, you will be charged for the new plan. If previously opted-in, any overages against the previous subscription will be billed.
Example: If you start the month with the 1TB Mobile Priority plan, then cancel and activate a new service line to downgrade to the 50GB plan, your next bill will include any overages if you exceeded 1TB. The next month will then be charged at the 50GB plan price.
