How do I remove a Starlink from a service line using the dashboard?


Note: A Starlink must be removed from a service line before it can be unlocked and transferred to a different account.

  • Navigate to dashboard tab > select "Manage"

    • If your account has multiple Starlinks on the same service line, ensure the correct Starlink is selected.
  • Under "Devices", click the tab of the terminal you want to remove.

  • Select "Remove Starlink"

  • The Starlink can now be unlocked from the account.
