Definition: Your Starlink service has been currently disabled because it has reached its data limit
Suggested Action: Tap the alert to configure Starlink WiFi and restore internet access.
DETERMINING LOCATION
Definition: Your Starlink is looking for GPS signal. This may take up to 15 minutes.
Suggested Action: Don't unplug your Starlink during this time. Please note, third-party metal mounts that wrap around the terminal’s base enclosure, or placing the terminal directly on metal, may impact GPS performance and are not supported. Definition: Your Starlink requires a manual update in order to get back online.

Definition: You have opted in to receive overage data for your Starlink.
Suggested Action: Tap the alert to view and manage data usage.
POOR CABLE CONNECTION
Definition: Negotiated Ethernet speed between Starlink dish and Router indicates poor cable connection. Potential cable damage.
Suggested Action: Try unplugging and plugging back in the cables from your Starlink and the Router, making sure the connectors are free of moisture and debris. If the alert continues to show after these steps, tap the alert and follow the instructions.
POOR WIFI SIGNAL
Definition: Device has poor WiFi signal. Internet performance may be impacted.

Definition: Starlink is online and performance has been healthy over the last minute. However, it looks like your Starlink has experienced elevated packet loss in the last 15 minutes.
Suggested Action: No immediate action needed. This issue may be due to extreme weather, a temporary network issue, or obstructions.
ROAMING PERIOD EXPIRED
Definition: Your Starlink has been outside of it's registered country for too long.
Suggested Action: Return to your registered country address on your account or update your registered address to your new location.
SERVICE OUTAGE
Definition: Starlink services or Starlink.com is experiencing an outage.
Suggested Action: Your area is currently experiencing a service outage. We are working to quickly get this resolved.
SOFTWARE OUTDATED
Definition: Your Starlink's software is very old and cannot connect to satellites.
Suggested Action: Please contact Starlink support for replacement options.
STARLINK DISABLED WHILE MOVING
Definition: Your Starlink is moving too fast in accordance to its stationary policy. Your service plan only allows service while Starlink is stationary.
Suggested Action: In-motion use is only supported for users with Starlink Roam/Mobile services.
STARLINK DISCONNECTED
Definition: Your Starlink is unplugged or rebooting.
Suggested Action: Please ensure your Starlink is completely plugged in.
STARLINK MOVING TOO FAST
Definition: Starlink has detected high-speed movement not currently supported by your service plan.
Suggested Action: Slow down to resume service.
STARLINK OBSTRUCTED
Definition: Your Starlink is partially obstructed. This can cause outages that will be most noticeable during video calls and online gaming.
Suggested Action: For best performance, make sure your Starlink has a completely clear view of the sky.
STARLINK OVERHEATED
Definition: Your Starlink has shut down due to a high temperature.
Suggested Action: Please allow your Starlink to cool down. Your Starlink will reconnect after cooling down.
STARLINK ROUTER HARDWARE ISSUE
Definition: There appears to be an issue with the Ethernet ports on your Starlink Router.
Suggested Action: Please reach out to Starlink support for replacement options.
UNEXPECTED LOCATION
Definition: Your Starlink is not in the correct expected location.
Suggested Action: Ensure your Starlink is in its correct location related to its service address & service plan.
