Starlink is providing free broadband service to the people of Venezuela through February 3, ensuring continued connectivity.
For active customers: No action is needed. Free service credits are being proactively applied to your account.
For inactive customers: If you have paused service or became inactive due to payment status, free service credits are being proactively applied to your account, allowing you to reactivate service during this period.
You can view credits in the billing section of your account.
At this time, our focus is on enabling connectivity for new and existing customers to support the people of Venezuela with free service credits. If you already have a Starlink kit in your possession, you can select a Roam plan to use your Starlink in Venezuela. You can learn more about how Roam works here.
We are actively monitoring evolving conditions and regulatory requirements. While we do not have yet have a timeline for local purchase availability, if and when there are updates they will be communicated directly through official Starlink channels and reflected on this page.
