Coffee farmer João Paulo Silva de Freitas previously had unreliable radio communications connecting to his remote fields at Luciana Farm in Santo Antônio da Alegria to headquarters, often leading to delays in addressing issues. Now with Starlink, he has high-speed connectivity directly, enabling real-time coordination that boosts overall business operations. From reporting equipment breakdowns for faster repairs to issuing remote warnings about accidents, and enhancing security through live monitoring and alerts, this has resulted in efficient harvests and reduced downtime.
