How do I configure my account for direct debit transfers?


To configure your account for direct debit transfers:

  1. Go to your Starlink dashboard from Starlink.com
  2. Click the 'Billing' tab
  3. In the Automatic Payment Method section, click 'Edit'
  4. Select 'Direct Debit'
  5. Enter your payment details
  6. Click 'Save Payment Information'

Note: Direct debit is only available for U.S. customers.
