Starlink has been selected by the Province of Quebec to provide residential service to eligible households in areas where current fiber optic deployment could experience delays.

Eligible households can receive a $0 Starlink Standard Kit and a subsidized Residential service plan (discounted by $40 CAD per month).

How do I know if I am eligible?

The Quebec government has created a list of eligible households within Quebec that qualify for the program. In order to see if your household is eligible, please follow this link, select on the Quebec Connectivity Program, and type in your address. If your address appears on the list, you are eligible and will be re-directed to a custom order page to join the program. If you have an existing Starlink account and you reside at an eligible premise, please submit a support ticket on your account to request a conversion.
