Error when changing payment method. What do I do?


If you are encountering errors when updating your payment method, please:

  1. Double check the the payment information entered is correct.
  2. Confirm with your financial institution the payment method is not actively being blocked.
  3. Confirm that your payment method is supported.
  4. Try entering an alternative payment method.

If you still encounter errors, we recommend using a Desktop/Laptop and not attempting on a phone. The following steps may also help:

  • Clear your browser's cache and try to update payment again.
  • Open an incognito/private browser, log into your account from there and attempt to update payment this way.

If the provided information did not resolve your issue and the payment continues to fail, please click "Contact Support" to submit a support ticket.
