References to “we”, or “us” in this Notice is a reference to Starlink.

Where we process your data outside Nigeria, we would be doing so where you have given us your consent, or for the performance of the contract between us or for the purpose of entering into an agreement with you, or such any other legal basis permitted under the Nigerian law.
We will only keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for; and may not keep personal data for more than 6 months after the original purpose for processing such data has been accomplished. We will, however, keep your personal data for a longer period to comply with our legal obligations or in the defence of a legal claim or due diligence.
Where we share your personal data with third parties, we only share personal data to the extent that it is adequate, relevant, and limited to the minimum necessary for the purpose for which such personal data is to be processed.
