Eligible customers can track their monthly data usage and purchase or opt-in to Top-Up Data at any time via the Starlink App and on the Starlink Customer Portal once they hit the limit under their Service Plan. Once a customer opts-in, they will be automatically billed for additional Top-Up Data used until they opt-out. Top-Up Data usage per month will also be displayed on a customer’s monthly invoice. Additional details on the Priority Service Plans, Data Blocks and Top-Up Data and billing can be found in the Service Plan Descriptions and Terms of Service. A customer’s data usage allotment includes automated network diagnostic traffic that may not be customer initiated.
See Starlink Specifications for details on Starlink expected performance data per Service Plan. Stated speeds and uninterrupted use of Services are not guaranteed. Actual speeds may be lower during times of high usage. Starlink may temporarily reduce speeds if our network is congested.
