Once your order is placed, you have a small window (usually 1-3 hours) to update your order including changing the order's shipping address or cancelling the order. Once this window passes, your order will be released to distribution and can no longer be updated.
You will know your order has been released to distribution when your order is in "Preparing Shipment" or "Shipped" or has an estimated delivery date.
If your order can be updated, you can follow the instructions below to change the order's shipping address. Note: changing your shipping address on the order will not change your account's default shipping address.

Note: If you receive an error when updating your shipping address and have followed these shipping address recommendations, please check the "This address cannot be validated" box and try again.
