What is the Terminal Access Charge?

The Terminal Access Charge is a monthly fee for accessing the Starlink network, applicable only to local and global priority plans. It varies by region and is not linked to the amount of data purchased.

On its own the Terminal Access Charge provides network access with speeds of 1 Mbps download and 0.5 Mbps upload. Choosing your preferred package of Priority data on top of this makes up the total monthly cost.

The monthly service prices displayed on the website are inclusive of the Terminal Access Charge.
