Global Coverage - Starlink can be used in international waters worldwide with an eligible in-motion service plan. In-motion use on land and in territorial waters requires local government approval and may not be available in all regions.
Regional Limitations - In-motion use is currently restricted on land, and only approved for maritime use in: Colombia, Costa Rica, Japan, Jordan, Malaysia, Mexico, Spain, South Korea, and Indonesia.
