How to access the Disaster Relief service plan

Existing customers

No action is required, as we have proactively applied a one month service credit to your account. You can see the service credit on your account under the billing tab.

If you are currently cancelled or paused, we have also applied a credit for the amount of your previous service plan, enabling you to reactivate and utilize the service credit during this time period.

Customers who are looking to purchase a kit from Starlink.com and access the free service option can take the following steps

  1. Go to starlink.com/residential
  2. Enter your address and click “Order Now”
  3. Select the “Disaster Relief” service plan and check out

Note: Only service areas impacted by the LA wildfires will display the “Disaster Relief” service option. If you do not see the $0 option, your area is not eligible. If you believe this is in error, please contact support.

Please note: a Starlink kit is currently required to access this free service. If you do not already have a Starlink kit, you will need to purchase one from starlink.com/residential or an authorized retailer such as Best Buy or Home Depot.
